1. About Liora and these Terms
lioraone.com is operated by DASTCOMMERCE LTD, trading as Liora, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16755047.
Registered office and correspondence address: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Email: support@lioraone.com
Phone: +44 20 3996 9141
In these Terms, “Liora”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean DASTCOMMERCE LTD. “You” means the person using our website or purchasing from us.
These Terms govern the use of our website and purchases made through it. Your purchase contract is with DASTCOMMERCE LTD. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.
Please review these Terms before ordering and keep a copy for your records. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
2. Related policies
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery charges, processing, delivery estimates, and shipment support. Our Return & Refund Policy explains returns, cancellations, exceptions, and refunds. The versions available when you place your order apply to that purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise privacy choices. Agreeing to these Terms does not, by itself, provide consent to optional marketing or tracking.
Specific product descriptions and any terms expressly agreed with you form part of your purchase contract. These Terms do not override a promise made to you before purchase or reduce protections provided by applicable law.
3. Ordering and account information
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.
To order, select your products and options, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and billing details, select an available delivery and payment method, and review the total before placing the order with an obligation to pay. Purchase contracts under these Terms are made in English.
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Contact us promptly if you notice an error afterwards.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Having an account does not make you automatically responsible for transactions you did not authorise.
4. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately, including relevant materials, dimensions, sizing, features, and care information. Please review the product page and any size guide before ordering. Contact us if an important detail is unclear.
Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description or remove your right to a remedy.
Availability can change. We will tell you promptly if an ordered item is unavailable. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
5. Prices, currency, and payment
The currency, product prices, applicable discounts, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete payment. Displayed prices include taxes where required by law. You can use the payment methods available at checkout.
International deliveries may incur import duties, taxes, or clearance charges that are not collected by us. Where applicable, these are explained in our Shipping Policy and disclosed before purchase. Charges imposed directly by a customs authority or carrier are separate from amounts paid to Liora unless expressly included at checkout.
Optional extras require your express agreement. Shipping protection, if offered, is optional and does not determine your entitlement to a refund, replacement, or other legal remedy.
Promotional conditions, including eligibility and expiry, apply as disclosed with the offer. Discounts and price changes introduced later do not alter the price of an accepted order.
6. When your order is accepted
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Your contract is formed when we email you confirming acceptance of the order. An email that only acknowledges receipt of your order or payment is not, by itself, acceptance. If we have not already expressly accepted your order, our dispatch confirmation constitutes acceptance of the products dispatched.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a genuine reason, such as an unavailable product, an unsupported delivery address, unsuccessful payment, or reasonable evidence of fraud. We will explain the issue where lawful and appropriate. Any payment taken for products we do not accept will be refunded promptly to the original payment method.
If we identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with the correct information. We will not charge a higher amount or supply a materially different item without your agreement. After acceptance, any change or cancellation by us must have a lawful basis or your agreement; identifying an error does not give us an unrestricted cancellation right.
We will provide confirmation of your purchase and the applicable contract information in a form you can keep, such as email.
7. Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing is separate from transit time.
Destination-specific charges and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Any different delivery arrangement expressly agreed before purchase applies to that order. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed. Separate parcels do not create an additional shipping charge after checkout.
We remain responsible for goods until they are physically received by you or a person you nominate to receive them. A tracking status alone does not remove your right to report non-delivery or require us to investigate.
If delivery is late, contact us. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. You retain any right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or to cancel and receive a refund. Where the law allows immediate cancellation, including certain cases where an essential delivery deadline was agreed in advance, you do not have to grant an additional period.
If an incorrect address supplied with an order causes a parcel to be returned, we will discuss the available options. Any proposed reshipping charge must be explained and agreed before reshipment.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving an item under our Return & Refund Policy. Sale and discounted items follow the same rules. The policy explains inspection, condition requirements, and the limited exceptions for certain personalised or unsealed hygiene-sensitive products.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you pay return postage. We cover necessary return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods. We do not charge a restocking fee or return administration fee.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item, or sooner where a statutory deadline applies. Refunds of original delivery charges follow our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
If applicable UK or EU law gives you a cancellation right, you generally have 14 calendar days after delivery to notify us without giving a reason and a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back, subject to the legal exceptions. The full procedure, refund timing, and an optional cancellation form appear in our Return & Refund Policy. Our voluntary return conditions do not reduce statutory cancellation rights.
For cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfilment. Dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
Return address: Liora / DASTCOMMERCE LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact us for return instructions and include your order reference. Statutory cancellation does not depend on obtaining our approval.
9. Product quality and your legal rights
Goods must meet applicable legal requirements, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with their description. Follow the safety and care instructions provided with your product.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us with your order reference and details of the problem. We will provide the remedy you are entitled to under applicable law, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction.
Our 30-day voluntary return period does not impose a deadline on statutory claims concerning defective goods. Any manufacturer guarantee is additional to your rights against us.
10. Website use and intellectual property
Use our website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or security systems, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information.
Website text, branding, images, and other protected content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may browse the website and save information reasonably needed for personal shopping, keeping purchase records, or exercising your rights. Other uses must have the rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.
11. Reviews and customer content
Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content or disclose another person's private information without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting a review for publication, you give us a non-exclusive permission to display it with the product or our store and to make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. We will obtain any additional permission required for other uses.
We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, including spam, fraud, abuse, or privacy concerns. We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is negative. Your eligibility for a refund or other remedy does not depend on posting, changing, or removing a review.
12. Shopify, third-party services, and privacy
We use Shopify and other service providers to operate the store, process payments, and fulfil orders. Using these providers does not transfer our responsibilities as the seller to you or remove your rights against us.
Shopify processes personal information to provide the store platform, which can involve processing outside your country. Where Shopify's enhanced services, including Shopify Network Intelligence, are enabled, Shopify can combine information about interactions with our store with information from other merchants and Shopify services to support shopping experiences, fraud prevention, and advertising, subject to applicable permissions and privacy choices.
Read our Privacy Policy, Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy, and Shopify's Privacy Portal for details and available rights. Optional tracking and marketing remain subject to the choices and consent requirements explained in our Privacy Policy.
External websites and optional third-party services may have their own terms. Those terms do not replace the protections that apply to your purchase from Liora.
13. Website availability and events outside our control
We may temporarily interrupt website access for maintenance, security, or technical repairs. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. An interruption does not cancel an accepted order or remove a refund obligation.
If an event outside our reasonable control materially affects an order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects. Your rights concerning delay, cancellation, and refunds remain in place. We will not require you to wait indefinitely for delivery.
14. Our responsibility for loss or damage
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of the contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable where it is an obvious consequence of the breach or was reasonably contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights concerning goods, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for losses caused by our own breach or removes our legal responsibility for parties we use to perform our obligations.
15. Restricting website or account access
We may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, or a security threat. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
An access restriction does not remove your rights relating to an existing order, a valid complaint, or a refund. You can still contact our support team.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@lioraone.com with your order reference, the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
You can use any complaint, dispute-resolution, or court procedure available under applicable law. These Terms do not require compulsory arbitration or prevent you from contacting a consumer protection authority.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply to your purchase.
You may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, including courts in your country of residence where you have that right. These Terms do not require all consumers to bring claims in England and Wales.
18. Changes and interpretation
We may update these Terms for future use and orders. The date at the top identifies the current version. An update does not retrospectively change an accepted order unless you expressly agree or a change is required by law.
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply where it can fairly do so. An unclear consumer term will be interpreted in the way required by applicable consumer law. A delay in exercising a right does not, by itself, waive that right.
