For a confirmed lost shipment or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost or a refund, in accordance with your consumer rights. Optional shipping protection is not required for these remedies.

Import duties, taxes, or customs-clearance charges may apply if not included at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To get started, email support@lioraone.com with your order reference.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with their original tags and accessories. Please include the original packaging where available. You may inspect items and try on clothing to check the fit.

You cover return postage to our UK return address for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us—we cover the necessary return postage. No restocking fees apply.

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return, or sooner where required by law.
